Name, email, password hash, verification state, consent and policy timestamps, optional RC hardware profile, beta enrollment status, reward status, and feedback a tester chooses to submit.
To secure accounts, deliver verification and requested news, administer beta access, evaluate feedback, prevent abuse, maintain backups, and migrate accounts into the future production platform.
No card, payment, order, deposit, or billing information is collected during prelaunch. Checkout is disabled.
Account, policy, and beta records may be securely transferred to the production platform so registered users retain their identity, verification, preferences, and earned beta status.
Passwords and beta invitation codes are stored only as one-way hashes. Credentials, backups, and exports are protected outside the public directory. Administrative exports are owner restricted.
The site uses an essential secure session cookie for login and CSRF protection. Rate-limit, update, backup, policy, and beta audit records are retained as needed to operate and protect the service.
Grade Core uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page use, referrals, approximate location, and browser or device information so the prelaunch website can be improved and protected. Google may process identifiers or cookies as part of this service. Grade Core strips URL query strings from the page location sent by its analytics tag so verification, reset, unsubscribe, and search parameters are not included. Browser privacy controls or blocking tools may limit analytics collection.
Development-news consent is optional and can be changed in the account. Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their account data by contacting support.
Privacy and account-data requests can be sent to support@advancedrcprojects.com. Identity verification may be required before account data is released or deleted.
